Compliance Administrator

Location: Southampton

Pentalver Transport is an award winning container logistics company with over 30 years’ experience.  We are currently recruiting for Compliance Administrator to join our Transport team in Southampton. As a Compliance Administrator you will provide administrative support and ensure departmental compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act).

This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator:


  • Complete all job rating for the Specialist Haulage department;
  • Maintain accurate records and supply information upon request for internal and external audit;
  • Complete weekly wage submissions to payroll and resolve all driver wage queries;
  • Complete weekly TOPS interfaces to assist in weekly trucking performance;
  • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements;
  • Provide cover for the existing administration functions.

Requirements of the Compliance Administrator:


  • Experience of a similar administration role in a fast paced logistic environment;
  • Knowledge of the TOPS operating system;
  • Experience of operating under SOX regulations;
  • Personable, with the desire to make a difference;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Numerical and analytical skills;
  • A strong team player
